Situated inside the gates, Casa Playa recently underwent a major remodel with finishes and furnishings in a tasteful blend of bright Nueva Mexicana and casual beach styles. All appliances, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing fixtures were replaced or modernized to ensure a comfortable and reliable vacation environment.
As a benefit of being on the ground floor, a full width sliding glass wall opens directly to the pool, El Anclote's sandy beach and the Bay of Banderas, connecting nearly four thousand square feet of luxurious private indoor and outdoor living space. And the quaint town of Corral del Risco, with its beach-front restaurants and shops is less than a five-minute walk away through Hacienda de Mita's video-monitored pedestrian gate.
Casa Playa blends Nueva Mexicana with a casual beach 'feel' to create a bright, functionally modern home with playful artistic elements expressing the traditions of Mexican culture and architecture.
Custom, hand-crafted furniture of native woods are complimented by paintings and lithography from local artisans.
Casa Playa is a sustaining partner with DINE providing annual donations through their "Mi Casa Tu Casa" program, which supports the Punta Mita Hospital as well as local community development and environmental protection initiatives.

Two en suite Master bedrooms, an en suite third double-bedroom and separate bunkroom for the kids with its own full bath, as well as a powder room, comfortability accommodate six adults and two children.

Family Room: This very comfortable and casual family room has a large 'L'-shaped couch with a coffee table, two side chairs and tables and a big-screen Smart TV with cable and internet connection.
Kitchen: The professional kitchen has a Wolf gas range and oven, a Kalorik air fryer, Sub Zero fridge with ice maker, wine and water coolers, and all the small appliances and utensils needed to prepare gourmet meals.
Dining Areas: Both the indoor and outdoor formal dining areas provide seating for eight. Additionally, the large kitchen Island has four bar stools. The patio has a couch, two chairs and a coffee table to enjoy hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, snacks, or casual dining.
Two Patios: The lower, pergola-covered patio of this ground-floor property, has four reclining and padded teak chaise lounges for relaxing or sunning and is only steps from the shallow end of the pool, so you can keep a watchful eye on the children. The upper patio has the formal outside dining area, a couch, two chairs and a coffee table.
Office: When you need to connect back home a dedicated office area with Wi-Fi, USB ports and landline will help keep you in contact with the outside world.

HOA & HOUSE RULES
Prior to booking, please read, understand and agree to the following for your as well as other guests' well-being:
* Maximum number of guests is 6 adults and 2 children (12 or under when staying in the Bunkroom)
* All guests must be registered and issued official Punta Mita ID cards prior to occupancy or beach club entrance
* Outside visitors are temporarily allowed on property if approved and pre-registered with security
* Events or large gatherings are not allowed inside the property, on the patios or at the pools
* For safety reasons, glassware is not allowed at any of the pools, plastic cups are provided for your use
* Pool etiquette prohibits 'horseplay', diving, large pool toys, ball games, music without earbuds or headphones
* Pets are not allowed inside the house or on the patios at any time
* Smoking, vaping and the use of tobacco is not allowed anywhere in or around the property and is subject to a fine
QUIET HOURS: Are from 10:00PM until 8:00AM daily
Please Note: HOA rules are strictly enforced by the security staff who have the authority to issue and collect fines
Your Stay Includes Premier Golf Membership
As a guest at Casa Playa, the Premier Golf Membership, allows you to book tee times, use the driving range and take lessons. There are two Jack Nicklaus Signature championship courses – Bahia and Pacifico – and the famous 'Tail of the Whale' island hole. Tee times, lessons and club rentals can be booked in advance.
Also included in the membership is access to the private beach clubs, racket sports facility, fitness center and restaurants inside the gate. Court times, lessons, rental equipment and restaurant reservations can be booked in advance.

Our wonderful housekeeper, Vicky, will make sure everything is clean, organized and ready for both your arrival and during your stay.
Vicky will also prepare breakfast for you daily.
Concierge
Ale, our concierge, will arrange for your ground transportation, prepare menus, purchase and deliver groceries, arrange outdoor activities and book your
restaurant reservations.
Golf Cart
